I love writing in my Poetry book. It's very therapeutic, and I encourage you to write as well. Think about this, we all live in a skin bag, right we have our skin, and have our stuff inside. Such as our organs, bones, and fluids.

This is my body, its a skin bag. It holds many things in it, my spirit, my sensory, like heat, and touch. I can feel pain, I can feel touch, I can feel. It gives me access to feeling and sensory. I usually don't think, now I am in it, it just moves. I move in it. It gives access to much as I move with it."
